First, you want to make your batata palha, aka shoestring potatoes. Grate your potato and then rinse in a bowl of cold water. Drain your grated potato. In a small frying pan, add in your oil (you want there to be around 1 inch of oil in the pan). Place it on medium heat. Drop a bit of the potato into the pan and if it sizzles, your oil is ready! Transfer all of your grated potato into the pan and stir gently to avoid the potato sticking to each other. Once the potato turns lightly golden (after about 8 minutes), transfer it to a kitchen-papered plate to drain the excess oil.
Next, grab a handful of beef mince and roll it into a ball. Then, flatten it down into a circular patty. Transfer your patty into an oiled frying pan on medium heat. Season the burger patty with salt and pepper. Fry for 8 minutes flipping halfway.
Add your two slices of bacon and an egg to your frying pan. Fry for 4 minutes (flipping the bacon over after 2 minutes).
Add your two slices of cheese onto your burger and add a lid. Once the cheese has melted, remove the patty, bacon, and egg.
Prepare your burger bun, lettuce, tomato, and corn.
Get the bottom of your bun and add on your ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. Top with bacon, burger patty, sliced tomato, lettuce, fried egg, corn, batata palha, and then top of your burger bun. Enjoy!
