Place a frying pan on medium heat and add in the beef mince, chopped onions, and garlic. Fry for 5-10 minutes until slightly browned.
Season with salt, pepper, ground cumin, paprika, and chilli powder. Add in the beans and beef broth. Stir to combine, then leave to simmer for 10 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Season with sugar and balsamic vinegar. Taste and adjust based on your preferences!
Get yourself a taco tortilla wrap, place down a handful of grated cheese and top with taquito filling. Wrap up the taco and repeat for all of your beef and cheese taquitos.
Place the beef and cheese taquitos into the air fryer (or preheated oven set at 180C / 350F), spray with cooking oil, and cook at 180C for 8-10 minutes until golden.
Meanwhile, make your avocado sauce by blending avocado, lime, olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh coriander (cilantro), garlic, and chilli flakes. Taste and season according to your preferences.
Once your taquitos are golden, remove from the air fryer or oven and plate up with your avocado dipping sauce!
