Easy Harissa Aioli
This easy Harissa Aioli only requires 4 ingredients and is such a delicious homemade condiment.

- 120 g mayonnaise equivalent to around ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice fresh is best
- ½ tablespoon rose harissa paste make sure to buy the best quality you can (I use Belazu)
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt I use Maldon or Cornish sea salt
Get yourself a medium size bowl and add in the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, harissa paste, and a sprinkling of salt.
Combine the ingredients to make harissa aioli. You should have a gorgeous orange red mayonnaise mixture. Taste and season accordingly with more lemon juice, harissa, and sea salt based on your preferences. Enjoy!!
