In a bowl, combine the dough ingredients. Whisk until a thick pancake-like batter has formed.
Cover the bowl with cling film and then place in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
Prepare a saucepan of salted boiling water.
Remove the dough from the fridge and gently place spoonfuls of the mixture into the saucepan.
Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the dumplings have floated to the top of the water for a couple of minutes.
Remove the dumplings and drain them.
Leave the dumplings to cool and cut into bite-size pieces.
