The ULTIMATE Ciabatta Garlic Bread

This is the ultimate Ciabatta Garlic Bread. It's a really simple garlic butter for garlic bread recipe with grated parmesan and parsley.

Ingredients

  • 200 g ciabatta 2 rolls or 1 loaf
  • 100 g salted butter room temperature
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 25 g parmesan grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 190C fan / 410F. Finely chop your fresh garlic cloves and parsley. The finer the better (see photos further up the blog for reference).
  • In a medium-sized bowl, add in the room temperature butter, minced garlic, minced parsley, and grated parmesan cheese. Combine thoroughly.
  • Slice your ciabatta bread in half.
  • Spread the garlic butter onto the slices of ciabatta to the corners so everything is well covered.
  • Place the garlic buttered ciabatta onto a tray and into the oven for 8-11 minutes or until golden.
  • Once your garlic bread is golden on the outside and hot and melted in the middle. Serve and enjoy!

Storage: Leave the garlic ciabatta bread to cool, then place in airtight containers and into the fridge for up to 3 days.
Freezing: You can totally freeze this bread. I'd recommend freezing it before baking. Freeze in airtight containers (don't forget to label with contents and date) for up to 3 months. Leave to thaw in the fridge overnight and then follow oven baking instructions.
Reheating: From the fridge, place the garlic bread in the oven for 5 minutes at 180c/350F until piping hot. Alternatively, you could reheat it in the microwave for under a minute.
